Problem whit Single Quote in a comment

Hello

Im tring to add this sting 'La date et l'heure d'archivage' in a comment but i have a problem whit the single quote

i try that way but it dont work

COMMENT ON COLUMN ARCHIVE.DATE IS 'La date et l'heure d'archivage';

COMMENT ON COLUMN INC_ARCHIVE.DATE IS 'La date et l' ||CHR(39)|| 'heure d'||CHR(39)||'archivage';

Could someone help me whit that.
