Oracle Database Discussions

Hi,
I have Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.7.0 - 64bit Production on windows 2008 server(This is a virtual server).
There are problems when trying to connect to DB.
I checked my alert log and following is content:

For inbound connection error I added sqlnet.inbound_connect_timeout=300 and connect_timeout_listener=30 in sqlnet and listener.ora.
After that I havn't recieved this error yet but for other errors I couldn't find any solution.
Kindly suggest what can be done for these errors.
