Problem while connecting DataBase through TOAD.

Hi
I have installed Oracle 9i and TOAD in my personal system. I am able to connect DB in my system through sql * plus But when i try with TOAD it is showing error as ORA -12541:TNS No listner.

I have checked with the registry entries, all entries are there and tnsnames.ora and listner.ora are there at c:\oracle\ora90\network\admin.

There is only one oracle home in my system.
Please advice.
