problem when use Tahoma font With Arabic Language

hi

When using the Tahoma font Two characters spaces are added to the content of the field.
When moving with the mouse to a certain character in a forms field,
and pressing the delete button, not the same character is removed but the character two
places right from the character were the cursor is on.

I reviewed this Thread

and reviewed in metalink Document ID 734943.1

I did these two suggestion but it did not work correctly

any ideas

I use
FORMS 10g Version 10.1.2.0.2
Oracle Application Server 10g Release 2 (10.1.2.0.2)
jinitiator 1.3.1.30
