Problem when uninstalling ORDS from an application container

I have installed and validated ORDS in an application container (Oracle 19.13.0.0.0 and Oracle 23c Free). After successfully running the installation script I have started the unsinstall script as mentioned in the documentation at https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-rest-data-services/23.3/ordig/using-multitenant-architecture-oracle-rest-data-services.html#GUID-11B9A999-1DEF-4F86-BFE6-EE4116E1C133

The scripts end with an error:

ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE APPLICATION ORDS END UNINSTALL
*
ERREUR à la ligne 1 :
ORA-65344: impossible de désinstaller ou de purger une application qui possède
des objets, des utilisateurs, des rôles et des profils

and the applications shows status:

   APP\_NAME    APP\_VERSION    APP\_STATUS

1 ORDS 23.3.0.r2891830 UNINSTALLING

And now I’m stuck: I cannot end the installation off ORDS nor reinstall it.

When trying to find what objects are referenced by the application using this query:

Select owner, object_name, object_type
from dba_objects t
where t.created_appid = 21

I am finding:

   OWNER    OBJECT\_NAME    OBJECT\_TYPE

1 AUDSYS SYS_LOB0000018567C00097$$ LOB PARTITION
2 AUDSYS SYS_LOB0000018567C00031$$ LOB PARTITION
3 AUDSYS SYS_LOB0000018567C00030$$ LOB PARTITION
