Problem when importing UserSecurity in Planning

Hi All,

I'm trying to upload the security to Hyperion Planning using the command script ImportSecurity.cmd located under Hyperion/Planning/Bin.

I'm using version 9.3.1.

Just the time I import the security.txt, errors returned with the following:
Mon May 05 12:23:24 GMT+08:00 2008 :: The following access not imported:-Commercial,Grand Total On & Off,Write,@IDESCENDANTS due toInvalid user name found in the file.

I have checked my groups/users several times, seemed nothing wrong there. And infact, I can add the problematic groups/users manually in Hyperion Planning Web.

Can anyone there suggest me why is the error occurs?
