Problem when connection to TOAD

Hi,

Oracle Version :10.2.0.4
Operating System : Windows-7(64-bit)
Toad Version : 9.5.0.31(32-bit)

Hi i installed oracle 64-bit on windows 7 64 bit and when i tried to connect to the database through toad i am getting the error as show below and file OCI.DLL exists the the path also.

Cannot load OCI DLL: E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\BIN\oci.dll

Please help me how to solve the problem.
