Problem using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT on 11g database

I have reviewed all the steps to issue a report from a form, errror is generated in the RUN_REPORT_OBJECT , no output in SHOWJOB , name appears in output = undefined . I have read all the forums and no answers . They can help . Missing some defined parameter in some configuration files .
