Problem Updating Collection using seq_id

Hi
Perhaps an easy problem but I can't find the solution
I have a tabular form 5 columns based on a manually created collection.

After entering info to the tabular form I want to update the collection but this requires using the seq_id and the APEX_COLLECTION.UPDATE_MEMBER_ATTRIBUTE procedure.
How do I retrieve the seq_id from the tabular form??
