Problem to use flexible desktop with SunRay client

Ehlo,
We have VDI3.4 and we use flexible XP desktop.
Card Removal Action are "Recycle Flexible desktop" and Delay Action is 20 sec.
When removing card , VDI recycle desktop ok.
When insert card again. I get screenshot of situation before I took the card out and it is solid and gray.
After 30sec, I get a virtual desktop, BUT VDI login without askin password ???
VDI Web administratordoes not appear to any person to use any virtialdesktop (I am only user).

If I Logout from XP before I take the card out, everything is working correctly.
