Problem to start Windows Application(example: notepad) in the SGD5.4

Hi everybody, We have a Problem to start Windows Application(example: notepad.exe) in the SGD 5.4, Do you know how solved this issue , the messajes are :

The System cannot find the file specified.

This initial program cannot be started: notepad
