Problem to start Sql*plus \ ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

Hei ,

I'm Using Win 7 ...

when I tried to start SQLplus and log in as USER/PASS,

I get the following error msg :

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Process ID: 0
Session ID: 0 Serial number: 0

can you guys help me with that !
