Problem to get PDF report in Arabic Font

I am getting problem to get the Oracle 11g Report in Arabic Font. It always shows special character. There is no any problem with Form and database we are able to access the Arabic's data in Oracle Forms 11g and as well as we can save the same data. But if i run the report in PDF format it shows me special character but if I give the format HTML data comes in Arabic also and if I use the HTMLCSS format then same thing happend means the data comes in Arabic. Only the problem if I use the PDF format Arabic data comes in special character.

I am using Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production and Oracle 11g Forms [32 Bit] Version 11.1.2.1.0 (Production).
