Problem starting the OEM 10g Windows Service

Hi everybody ,
I have installed Oracle 10g v.2 and OEM - among others - in a Windows XP operating system. Whereas , the OEM was starting successfully , some time ago , the previous week - now , it fails getting the message "Agent process exited abnormally during initialization" in the Event Viewer.

Is there something i can do , or should i drop the database and recreate it again using the DBCA...?????
