Problem starting Reportsbuilder

Hi,

Pse, pse, can anybody help me with this problem:

- I installed 9i DS 9.0.2.0.1
- When I start Report Builder I see the startscreen and after that nothing happens
- Did I forget to configure something or forget to start a service?
- I'm running on XP Professional
- Discoverer, Forms Builder work fine
