Problem since downloading JRE update (1.5.0.20)

Since upgrading to version 1.5.0.20 i have experienced this problem: Whilst on http://uk.tombola.com and playing i:scratch, the screen locks and crashes, this was not happening before i upgraded JRE. I am on Windows XP Service Pack 2 using Internet Explorer 6.
