problem sending pdf attachment with Email [hotmail,]

When we send pdf attachment with the mail using Java Mail API it doesn't reach to recipients.
If we send mail to email Id of gmail, yahoo domain it works fine but when we try to send it to email ids of hotmail domain it doesn't work.

is it a hotmail problem as it works fine with gmail and yahoo.
