New to Java

Hi, i appreciate if someone can help me, i thik that i have a little problem whit the java plug-in and one software, but i dont realy know what i must do....

the problem is ..when im trying to run the application appears this message..

FATAL ERROR: one of the following jar files is missing from the classpath:
jfreechart-1.0.0.jar
jcommo-1.0.0-rc1.jar

Please make sure you run the application from the shortcut that was inStalled on your desktop or on the Start menu when you upgraded.

The application will now terminate


Trying to repair this error i desisntall the java plug in and then i reinstall him...and..the same window mwssage appears.....

WHAT CAN I DO? please help me

my system is windows XP

and the destiny of the shortcut of the program is
