Problem redirecting to success URL after SSO authentication

We are using Oracle Identity Management 10g 10.1.4 for OSSO.

Our application runs in Oracle SOA suite 10g 10.1.3.1.

We have registered our application as a partner appliaction in OSSO.

We have registered OSSO and made an <Location> entry in mod_osso.conf.

When we enter our application URL, it redirects to SSO login page.

But after entering user name and password, we are getting page not found error.

What else we have to do to enable OSSO in our application.
