Problem Oracle XE with NetLimiter in Windows XP

After long hours we detected a big problem running Oracle XE on Windows XP with NetLimiter installed.

Connecting with instance name @XE was causing intermittent errors:
ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed
Without the instance (local connections) was ok.

Finally after long research, encountered the problem was with LSP, we downloaded the program LSPFix.exe and identified the nl_Lsp.dll as an weird LSP.

Uninstalled NetLimiter and Oracle XE runs perfect!!!!!

We want to share this discover with this community. I looked some people (few) with the same problem.
