Problem on Sessions with JSP

843811Jul 24 2005 — edited Jul 27 2005
Hello there!!
I have a huge problem and I hope somebody can help me because I really need it.
Anyway,
I have created a login page that verifies the username and password with an existing Access Database. What I want to do is when a user logs in, I want them to start a new session and save his or her credentials in that session. When the "LOGGED IN" user tries to access a webpage that is protected the computer should check whether the user is participating in a session. If he is then the computer should let him in. If the user is not logged in then I want them to be directed to the login page. BUT ONE CATCH: I DO NOT WANT TO CREATE ANY .JAVA FILE. Another catch is that the sessions should work on multiple pages. Hope somebody can help!! I would really appreciate it!!
