Problem on Mailing reports to Outlook on Windos 2000

Hi All ,
I had one problem on Reports sending to Mail.

My OS is Windows 2000.
Form/Reports is 6i with patchset 9.
I am running the report , selected the DESTTYPE as Mail.
I configured OUTLOOK as primary mail.
But the report is not mailed as attachment and opened the OUTLOOK.

This is taken from the Report Engine Log message.

REP-4203: Error occurred while sending a mail message.
End report VSL005r [Tue Jul 29 16:34:20 2003].

I tried this on NT machine & XP machine its working fine , its sending the report as attachment
to both OUTLOOK as well as EUDORA.
( The attached report file extension will be as .EPS)

Solution for this problem is highly appreciated.
