problem : 'not a ufs file system' at the boot level
807557Mar 13 2005 — edited Nov 8 2005hi !
i have downloaded the dvd version of Solaris 10.
first of all : all the 5 zipped files are OK (md5), but after i extracted those files and merged them into a unique file, the md5 key is not the same than SUN's (sol-10-GA-x86-dvd-iso.txt)... despite of that, i have burned the DVD, and finally, it is browsable. and when i reboot my PC (x86) i got this message at the boot level : 'not a ufs file system' ...
is there anyone who had the same issue ?
tell me how you fixed this !!!
Thanks a lot.
Sebastien.
