Problem Mounting USB HD with 2 partition, Fat32 and NTFS

I am having problem mounting my Portable HD to solaris 8 in sparc. My HD is 40G, 39 G is NTFS and 1 G is Fat32. I am aware solaris does not support NTFS, but i counld not mount the Fat32 partition even. When i typed
#mount -F pcfs /dev/dsk/c2t0d0s2:c /mnt

it gives me an error

mount: c2t0d0s2:c is not a DOS filesystem.

Is it still trying to read my NTFS partition? thats why it fail? how do I mount my FAT partition???
