problem: javamail and hotmail

Hello,
I'm trying to send mails through javamail. I send the mails directly to the responsible final mail server, so I don't need an ISP. This works fine, except for hotmail: javamail and hotmail indicate that the mail is delivered

(250 <26174005.01131822034429.JavaMail.bo@administracion> Queued mail for delivery)

, no error is given, but I never get to see it in the hotmail inbox.

Has anybody seen this before?
