Problem installing Solaris 10 1/13, disks no found

Just picked up a Sun enterprise T2000 with two 146G HDD but had problem to install Solaris 10 1/13
The installation does not see any HDD
If I run "format" , it will also say "disks not found"
Solaris installation program exited.

If I swap disk to another slot, I can see SC alert says, HDD been removed and inserted.
