It happens that I was installing the aforementioned software and my computer suddenly decided to shut down, after I tried to install the oracle database again, the installer tells me that a pre-installed database already exists, I try to connect with sqlplus and does not recognize the command.
My operating system is Windows 10 and it does not allow me to disintegrate the oracle database, with the consequence of not being able to install it again from scratch.
