Problem install 9i (9.2) on Windows 2000 Server

I am trying to install Oracle 9i (9.2) on a P4 3.2GHz Windows 2000 Server SP4 machine. After the initial screen I select install Oracle 9i option and the Oracle Installer splash screen appears. However, nothing else happens - no errors, no HDD activity nothing. The server is still fine and all other applications are working.

Any ideas?
