Problem in Start up the Oracle Document Capture(ODC)

Hi Friends,

I've installed Oracle DB 11g and ODC 10g on windows 7 machine. Both were works fine but mistakenly I’ve deleted my installation folder of ODC, so I’ve reinstalled it.
After reinstallation If I start the ODC I’m getting the following error.

+"Login failed+
+Error number:20036+
+Error Description: [Failed to query ecParameter table. Please make sure database is initialized. ORA-00942: table or view does not exist]"+

I couldn’t understand why I had this problem. Please help me to resolve this.
