problem in registering Integration server to IDE

Hi
Thank you for reading my post
i have problem in registering integration server into my IDE
I registered application server successfully .
when i come to register the integrations erver it return a failed message when i test it : the message is :
---
Application Server: OK
BPEL Process Manager Server: FAILED
ESB Server: FAILED
---
indeed , i opend the administration console of application server and tried both
ESB Control and BPEL control and those works fine.
but they can not be registered into the IDE , can some one tell me what is my problem ?
