Problem in Installing Oracle Client 11g R2 32 bit on Windows 7

Hi, I'm having problem in installing Oracle 11g 32 bit on my windows 7, when i choose "Create and configure a database" the installer is not responding in the step 4 or you can just say that the step 4 is not showing and here is a screen shot :

and when i choose "Install database software only" the installer is not responding in step 8 and here is a screen shot too :

is there any solution to solve my problem please ?
