Problem in hosting Siebel application after configuration

Hi All

I was able to configure Siebel gateway, database , server and web server extension successfully.
But after the web server extension configuration the PUBLIC folder in SWEApp is not having any files in it.
The IIS default website in not having the siebel application in it. What can be the problem ? Is it the configuration problem or the IIS probelm?
