problem in getting Verisigns TSIK

I want to use services of Verisign in my application.So i got info about TSIK ie Trust Services Integration Kit (TSIK)
i went to http://www.xmltrustcenter.org/developer/verisign/tsik/index.htm. to download.But the errror comes after filling form.If any one has used it please send me the link from where i can download it.Or is there anything else that i can use to get services of Verisign?
