Problem in alert creation in Oracle Designer

Hi, I'm having an incomprehensible problem in alert addition in a form developed with Oracle Designer 10g.
I'm using a template for all my forms. At this template there is defined an alert called ASKCOMMIT.
My problem is that there is a form which is using this template but when I execute it after his generation I received this message: FRM-41039 Invalid Alert ID 0.
Then, I open the form with Oracle Forms Developer and I find that the alert is not present at the form.
I would like to know what's happening. All other forms in my application which are using this alert are running ok and showing the alert.
