Problem exporting more than 16,000 rows

I have a client who is using Query Builder v6.0.7.0.0 from Oracle Toolkit v6.0.5.34.1 Production. She cannot export more than 16,000 rows of data from a query to an Excel file. I am not trained in Oracle but thought I'd look into it for her. The query exceeds 200,000 rows and we need to extract all of it. We tried setting the preferences for all documents to all 0's as well as all 9999999's to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
