Problem during delivery processing : MAIL filtering problem

Hi Sun,

I receiving complaint from user regarding this error message was sent to sender.
do you have any idea what is this error about ?

Processing errors occurred during delivery:

  Reason: Error in sieve filter: Fileinto not listed in require clause prior to use [nto  "operation" ; #^BEGINFILTER         ]
