Problem displaying an applet on the website.

Hi,

i've got this problem with displaying my applet prog on a webpage... The thing is that when i use the appletviewer provided in jPadpro, it works fine. But when i view it on a webpage it displays an error class not found. I'm wondering whether it is because, I'm using the new sdk 4.0 version and also the JAI(Java Advanced Imaging) package. Is it because there is no sdk 4.0 on the client pc where i'm trying the applet or is it cos the java plug-in used there is not compatible? Pls help me....
