When the user tries to connect to our apex applicaoitn using the browser the first time he unable to connect ... .After a minute he able to connect .. to the apex applicaotin
Apex version is 22.1 and oralce xe databse
The server in windows 11 machine and also the client machine the same.We also have configured tomcat.
Also i checked default profile and i observed idle time and connect time to be unlimited.
Where should i foucs on .. Is it a netowrk issue . .So then how do i prove .
Or is it a browser issue .
Any other ideas please let me know since it helps me troubleshoot the issue.
