Problem connecting over Juniper SSL VPN

807578Jan 12 2010 — edited Jan 15 2010
Hi folks.

We have a Juniper SSL VPN in to our network and I am having trouble connecting to the server with the Desktop Access Client.

I've got version 1.0.51 of the client. It seems to connect to the server, but then hangs and does nothing. In the logs I see this over and over:

NETWORK (4308c58/196.019): lread:-1 get last err:10060
NETWORK (4308c58/196.019): timedout
NETWORK (4308c58/196.019): recv from res:-1 remotesocket:0
NETWORK (4308c58/196.619): lread:-1 get last err:10060
NETWORK (4308c58/196.619): timedout
NETWORK (4308c58/196.619): recv from res:-1 remotesocket:0
NETWORK (4308c58/197.220): lread:-1 get last err:10060
NETWORK (4308c58/197.220): timedout

is it possible that some traffic is being blocked? Or could this be some other incompatibility between the SSL VPN and the client?

Thanks
