Problem by using "expdb" command to export database dmp file - "limit exceeded for recovery files"

We found oracle error periodically while used "expdb" command to export database dump file. Error message shows "ORA-16038", "ORA-19809" and "ORA-00312". The backup log file seems exceeded the default limit. I would be appreciate if your can give us advice for that problem. Screen capture attached for information. Thanks!
