Problem after Oracle installation.

Hi,

After I install Oracle 10.2.1.0 and patch it to Releas 10.2.4.0.
My installation was successful
Tried to stop and start DB by using (sqlplus “/ as sysdbs”) comman on command promp.
But I get this error.

E:\oracle\SOT\102\BIN>sqlplus / as sysdba

SQLPlus: Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Production on Mon Mar 22 16:43:03 2010*

ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
Enter user-name:

I tried to check at my listener is start in Services, but I can not find my listener on services list. I har just ‘OracleSOT102iSQL*Plus’ on services list.
Any body knows why?
