Probelm while removing user from OAM - ActiveDirectory

Hi to All,

I am using webservice provided by OAM to perform groupManage operations. I am able to add users to a group present in AD. But when I am trying to remove user from a group in AD , it not removing the yser. error message is "unsucessfully unubscribed user".
the group hierarchy is as shown below.
-Parent group
------ childgroup1
------ childgroup2

(I am able to add all groups but not able to remove from them)Please help on this regards,
