Pro*C/C++, compile error PCC-F-02104

I have installed Oracle Red Hat Linux 4 AS and Oracle10GR2.
When I try to compile program with Pro*C/C++ module, I get error
PCC-F-02104 (Unable to connect to Oracle), but when I try to connect with
sqlplus - connect Ok.
Please help me.
