prkc 1002 during clusterware installation

Hi,
At the time of oracle cluster installation i got the below error :


WARNING: Error while copying directory /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/crs_1 with exclude file list 'null' to nodes 'prod2'. [PRKC-1002 : All the submitted commands did not execute successfully]

so i later come to know that my time are not in sync so next time again started from scrtach and this time with help of ntp i syncronise the time and node 2 was 3 seconds ahead but still the same error and this is what i got from the above mentioned file : /u01/app/oracle/oraInventory/logs/installActions2011-07-25_01-05-27PM.log
