PRIVILEGES REQUIRED TO LOAD DATA THROUGH SQL LOADER

Hi,
There are two user 'ouser' and 'grd' .I want to load data to tables that are in 'grd' user through 'ouser'.Am using sql loader to load data.
what are the priviledges that should be given to user.
Is there any roles that should be given.
