Privileges on Trigger

How can i grant privilege to execute/alter trigger on another schema with out granting privileges like
* ALTER ANY TRIGGER
* ADMINISTER DATABASE TRIGGER
* CREATE ANY TRIGGER
I mean I need to give privilege to user B to alter or view Tiggers which is created by another user A
