Private Vnet creation-with particular subnet-EMOC

HI Team,

i am trying to create VNet with particular subnet "192.168.2." series , but i am  not getting any option  to specify any network series.

  And also, I understand  EMOC always randomly generates ip address in different network ranges while creating Private VNet.

Is it possible we can create with a particular series?Its a Exalogic X6-2 Rack configuration with OCT 2017 PSU  installed.
