Private DB link not working for a schema despite TNS entry present gives ORA-02019: Connection Desc

Hi DBAs,

I have created a new schema and have granted create database link and create public database link priviliges.

After that I created private DB link for which the TNS entry is present in TNSNAMES.ora but while testing the link i get the error:

"ORA-02019: Connection Description for Remote Database Not Found"
