Priority of colums in INDEX creation

Hi,

I know the priority of INDEX matters in most cases but do you think these two indexs will also difffers regarding the performance:

1.
XTEM(XORIDAC,XTMDACORO,XTMSTATUS,XTMAVAILS)

2.

XTEM("XORIDAC", "XTMDACORO", "XTMAVAILS", "XTMSTATUS")

I have the first one but i have also got the recoomendation to create the secound one!!

Do you think it really differes?

Note: they have around 10,000,000 records
