Printing to remote printer

Hi list,

I am trying to print in a remote printer (which is in other city), this printer is used by Oracle Ebusiness Suite application and now it is working for current production machine (HPUX).

Now, I am trying to test this same printer for a new "Production" server which is on Linux Red Hat 5.3.

I have configured that printer (which has a Jet Direct Print Server) using CUPS administration tool, after that, ping is reponding, but I am still unable to print in that printer.

Next message is displayed:

recoverable: Network host 'mx_im_ep_lx300' is busy; will retry in 30 seconds..."

Is anything needed to be configured inside of the "Jet Direct" to accept these requests?

All the print jobs are being enqueued for this printer.

Any advice or help, will be really appreciated.
